The patterns from the Castle Collection take their inspiration from Läckö Castle, which designer Karoline Lenhult has been in love with since childhood. The inspiration for the patterns and designs comes from the castle’s incomparable ceiling paintings, ornaments, furniture and architecture, but also from thoughts about what it might have been like to live as a woman in another time.
