This page contains all terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. When ordering any products from Kueen AB, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order at Kueen AB, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents’ permission to buy from us and accept these terms & conditions which will apply to all orders placed at Kueen AB.
To fulfill the agreement Kueen Ab have an obligation to collect personal information.
The personal information you provide to us will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information. The information you provide is only available to Kueen AB and to Paypal and will not be shared or sold to other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you once a year. And you always have the right to request Kueen AB to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting Kueen AB´s conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside Kueen AB´s control shall be considered as force majeure. This means that Kueen AB is released from Kueen AB´s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, sabotage, accident, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers etc. The force majeure also includes government decisions that will affect the market and products negatively.
Payment & Price
All products remain Kueen AB`s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is the price set at the date on which you placed your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming your purchase.
All transfers conducted through Kueen AB are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway that you choose for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Kueen AB have the right to cancel an order if the price set is obviously wrong. Kueen AB will then refund any amount paid in the best way.
Please note that local charges as sales taxes and customs duty may occur, depending on your region. These charges are always at the customers own expense.
Kueen AB reserves the right to amend any information, like prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of a product is sold out, Kueen AB has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.
Terms of Delivery & Return
Once Kueen Ab have received your payment You will normally receive your scarf from Kueen within 10 days. You will get an order confirmation from us so you know everything is in order and that your product is on it´s way.
Return Policy & Conditions
Please contact Kueen AB before returning any items.
As a consumer you have the right to return your product within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be in an untouched condition and all parts of the product (scarf, box, hanger) must be returned together. If the product is ruined, used or parts of the full product offer (scarf, box, hanger) is missing the product will not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number before you send the return.
Returning A Package
In the case of returning items from outside Sweden, please mark the package ”Returned Goods”, to avoid any customs charges. Kueen AB is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges that incurs are the responsibility of the customer.
Switch to another product
Contact us, let us know what you wish for instead. Return the product and we will send you the product you want in return. Kueen AB is not responsible for any charges made connected to the return package from the consumer. However Kueen Ab will not charge extra for the delivery cost when sending you a new product in return.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. We will ask you to return the product/ or part of the product and you will receive a new one.
For packages that are not collected from your local post office/delivery point within 14 days, Kueen AB reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
